Anti-Spam Policy

UAB Bison Commerce (“Bison Commerce”, “we”) prohibits the advertising or promotion of this website, or of any Bison Commerce domain or service, through unsolicited bulk email (“spam”). This policy applies to all Bison Commerce employees and contractors, to any affiliate or partner acting on our behalf, and to all email domains operated by Bison Commerce, including bisoncommerce.com, meetbisoncommerce.com, getbisoncommerce.com, and heybisoncommerce.com.

What we require of all senders

All email sent by or on behalf of Bison Commerce must meet the following standards:

  • Messages are individually addressed business correspondence sent to relevant business contacts. Bulk unsolicited advertising is prohibited.
  • Every message clearly identifies the sender, the company, and a working reply address.
  • We do not use purchased, rented, or harvested email lists.
  • Any recipient may decline further contact at any time, and such requests are honored promptly and permanently.
  • All email must comply with applicable law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How to recognize genuine Bison Commerce email

Genuine Bison Commerce email is sent only from the domains named above. Every one of those domains publishes SPF and DKIM records and enforces a DMARC policy of reject, so any message that fails authentication for these domains was not sent by us. Bison Commerce never asks for payment details, passwords, or other credentials by email. If you receive a message claiming to be from Bison Commerce that does not meet these standards, please report it to abuse@bisoncommerce.com.

Opt-out

If you have received an email from a Bison Commerce domain and do not wish to be contacted again, reply to the message or write to abuse@bisoncommerce.com and you will be permanently removed from any future correspondence.

Reporting abuse

If you believe you have received unsolicited email referencing this website or any Bison Commerce domain, report it to abuse@bisoncommerce.com. We investigate every report and respond within five business days. Employees who violate this policy are subject to disciplinary action, and any third party found advertising our domains through unsolicited messages will have their relationship with Bison Commerce terminated.
