What we do

One connection to every marketplace, built and maintained by our own engineers

In-house API and EDI integration connects your systems to Bison once, and AI-driven automation keeps every marketplace, carrier, and data feed in sync from there.

AI automation in everything we do

Our own engineering and data-science team builds AI into the connection: attribute mapping and content optimization at catalog scale, real-time compliance monitoring, automated ticket triage, machine-learning demand models that feed the pricing engine, and anomaly detection that flags a broken feed before it ever reaches your listings. The integration does not just move your data, it acts on it.

Custom API and EDI integrations

A dedicated engineering team builds and owns custom API and EDI connections to your ERP, order management, or inventory system. There is no third-party middleware to manage or pay for; the same people who run the platform build and support every connection.

Supplier portal

Your team gets one place to see everything: orders and shipments, inventory positions, and sales performance across every channel. No waiting on reports or digging through emails, the portal shows what is happening as it happens.

One connection, every marketplace

One integration covers every channel. We build and maintain the connections to 14 marketplaces, from Amazon and Walmart to Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Wayfair, so you never build or maintain a channel-by-channel integration yourself.

Automated logistics coordination

Orders route straight into our carrier network. Parcel and LTL freight are rated and booked automatically, labels and BOLs generate without a manual touch, and every tracking event flows back to the marketplace and your systems the moment the carrier reports it.

We do the technical heavy lifting

Going live is a configuration, not a rebuild, and it never becomes an IT project on your side. You share your product data and marketplace access, then approve go-live. Our team handles everything in between: the API connection, AI-assisted attribute mapping, order validation, inventory and cancellation logic, and marketplace compliance testing.

Your point of contact

Built and maintained by our in-house engineering team

  • Build the connection

API or EDI connections developed in house to your ERP, order management, or inventory system, tailored to how your systems actually work.

  • Map your data

Product, inventory, pricing, and order feeds mapped between your systems and every marketplace, so the right data lands in the right place.

  • Test before you go live

Order validation, inventory and cancellation logic, and marketplace compliance verified end to end before a single live order flows.

  • Keep the sync healthy

The connection monitored continuously, with breaks caught and fixed before they touch your inventory, orders, or listings.

  • One technical counterpart

A dedicated point of contact who owns the integration and answers for it as your systems and the marketplaces evolve.

Common questions

Questions suppliers often ask

Do we have to integrate with each marketplace separately?
No. You make one connection to Bison, and we build and maintain the connections to every marketplace from there, so you never integrate channel by channel.
What do you connect to on our side?
Your ERP, order management, or inventory system, over API or EDI, whichever your systems support.
Is this third-party middleware?
No. Our own engineering team develops and owns the API and EDI connections, so there is no separate integration vendor to manage or pay.
How much work is onboarding for our team?
Very little. You share product data and marketplace access, then approve go-live; our team configures connections we already run and handles everything in between, so it never becomes an IT project on your side.
What data flows, and which way?
Orders flow down to you; inventory, pricing, and content flow up to every channel. Sync is real-time and two-way, so nothing goes stale.
Where does AI come in?
Across the connection: automated attribute mapping and content optimization at catalog scale, real-time compliance monitoring, automated ticket triage, and machine-learning demand models that feed pricing. The integration acts on your data, not just moves it.
